The Red Sox played the Tigers on Dean 3 tonight and the fans were treated to a great ball game.The Tigers sent Dylan Fanale to the mound and the Red Sox  batters were ready to swing. They struck early and scored four runs  in the 1st on singles by Alex(Hollywood)George , Jake Pettepit , Sean Desruisseaux and Joey Naras and doubles by Dylan Goral and Tristan Davidson. Starting on the mound for the Sox  was Sid (The Kid) Srinivasan. The Tigers scored a run on a single by Ryan Iagallo and a triple from Luke Gallo before Sid got out of the inning with the help of three nice plays in Centerfield by Jake P. Score after 1 Red sox 4 Tigers 1 Ryan Iagallo (great job by Ryan 5 IP 7K)took the mound for the Tigers in the second and the Sox pushed 2 more runs across the plate after a walk to Jack St. Pierre  a triple by Jake P. and a  single from Dylan G. Sid pitched a quick 1-2-3  bottom of the 2nd and the Sox led after 2  6-1.Ryan made quick work of the sox in the 3rd .  Jillian Woodcome greeted Sid with a  single for her first majors hit (Nice Job Jillian) and later scored. Ryan Walker came on in relief of Sid and was able to keep the Tigers from scoring more runs . Score Red Sox 6 Tigers 2 after 3Ryan I and Ryan W pitched a scoreless 4th to keep the score 6-2.In the top of the 5th with some patience at the plate and a single by Sean D. the Sox scored a run.The Tigers got a run of their own in the bottom of the 5th on singles by Ryan, Carter Marques and Luke G. After 5 inning the score was Red Sox 7 Tigers 3.Ryan I struck out the side to start the 6th for the Tigers. The Sox turned to Tristan Davidson to close out the game and he got he Tigers in order to finish the game. Final Score Red Sox 7  Tigers 3Great game with lots of great defense on both sides.
